For the many years that I considered healthy eating as only about dietary strictness and abnormally thin bodies, I didn’t know the kind of fun I was missing. In fact, it is not just about fun. Healthy foods affect your body and bring improved appearance, good mood and overall health.

For me, it has been a learning experience with difficulties. From confusion caused by so many food alternatives to unwillingness to cut on your sweet foods, be ready to endure a bit of suffering that is craving as you start your journey to a healthy body.

Research has shown that processed and packaged food is associated with high rates of bipolar disorder, stress, anxiety and depression. Such food may even cause diseases that are more serious including schizophrenia, ADHD and Alzheimer’s disease.
